Ratings - Luxurious Purple Cape
Rating: | Price/Power (0/5) Only 7 icons vs 1P opponents, and not that much more with the int boost. Countermeasures (0/5) This is just a joke isn't it? These boost items would only work if they actually set an int level for 1p pets, but even if they did it wouldn't do enough extra to warrant the use. Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades As usual the Wanderers Cloak or Studded Leather Cuirass wins the day. Other Points Final Thoughts I really wish we could just equip defensive items as passive these days, what would the battledome look like with that change? Rated on March 30, 2022 |
Rating: | If Luxurious Purple Cape blocked 4.2 Light icons without any limitations, then it would fringe on being useful. The fact that this cape relies on an opponents statistic to maximize its potential ruins its usability. 1-Player challengers have a null Intelligence value, meaning Luxurious Purple Cape will only block 7 total icons against challengers. The 200 Intelligence requirement for 2-Player opponents is steep as well; low-level battlers will encounter many low-Intelligence pets, further hurting this cape's usability. Looking for cheap shields offering protection against similar icons types? Try Studded Leather Cuirass, Parasol of Unfortunate Demise, and Patched Magic Hat. Rated on June 28, 2013 |
