Overview:
This was originally a Spy Kids promotion item that was later changed into a copyright-non-infringing thingamajigger after the promotion ended. So you can still find these popping up in Space Weaponry. But... is it really worth it?

Accessibility: 0/4
1 million is about the price that can be considered acceptable for a 100% freezer with no added bells or whistles. Rather, it's acceptable for a 100% ONCE PER BATTLE freezer with no added bells or whistles. For a single use freezer, or any single use weapon, for that matter, it's exorbitant.

Viability: 0/5
The fact that this can only be used once and then it's gone is the counter in and of itself. Sure, your opponent's frozen, but you just lost 1 million Neopoints in the process, so who's really being affected here?

Alternatives:
Entangling Lenny Lasso alone is a fourth of the price, even accounting for the cost of morphing your pet into a Lenny. If you don't want a Lenny, the Freezing Potion and Sleep Ray are only marginally more expensive, but you'll get your money's worth after only two uses of them.

Bonus points:
None provided.

Final notes:
Do you think that Fyora stays in the Hidden Tower because she, too, lives in disappointment in what she's created?

This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price (0/3): Waaay too expensive for a single use item, no matter what it does.
Power (0/5): 100% freezing is great! but not worth it at all when it's gonna cost you that much. Blanking Ray does the same and costs less than half of this, while Entangling Lenny Lasso and Ancient Lupe Wand are more permanent solutions if you have the respective pets. If you were to use this item 34 times you'd have wasted enough money to buy H4000 Helmet, which is a permanent once per battle 100% freezer.
Uniqueness (0/2): too many freezers, and plenty more 100% ones.

Overall there's way too many options for this to ever be used. Because of that its final rating is 0/10. I can't give a rating of 0 however, so it gets a shameful 1 instead.

Price/power (0/5): 100% freezing chance, but single use and much more expensive than the {{Freezing Scroll}}.

Tactical (2/5): Freezing is very useful, but you're better off with something that can be used more than once.

Bonus (0/1): Not sure how a calculation device can freeze your opponent.

Closing remarks: Get the aforementioned {{Freezing Scroll}} or a Randomly Firing Freeze Ray.

Price/Power (0/5)
Too expensive. If it was released in huge numbers during an event maybe then it would become useful for a few months..

Countermeasures (3/5)
A 100% freeze is great, but when you can only hold one there is little selling point in this. Not to mention when it is single use and you need to buy more every time you use it.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
If you want a low freeze chance with an attack attached, you need a Slumberberry Potion, which can do it more then once. Otherwise get a Randomly Firing Freeze Ray or a full freezer like a H4000 Helmet... WIth this item you may also consider the Thrown Slushie Cup or Terror Stone instead...

Final Thoughts
This item would most likely be better doing normal math, apparently time-bending prediction math is way too much for it.
