Rating: | Price/power (3/5): Very cheap, so it's not a terrible deal. Tactical (2/5): We're past the age of snowballs. Back in the day this was in popular demand, but nowadays we have 10-iconers that are cheap enough. Still, mass iconage can be useful. Bonus (0/1): We need better snowballs.
