As an item generator it is a pretty cheap one... Only problem is that it is beaten by the even cheaper snowball wands. Due to the uncertainty of the attacks and the weak nature of the items made this item is purely in the zone of "fun".

Countermeasures (1/5)
If you really absolutely certainly need to annoy someone and possibly give them a disease this is one way to go. While the icons may be blockable, the illness of the poison snowball may still get them.

Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades
If you are using this, chances are you are not using it to get upgrades. This is purely for fun.

Unique item, ill say that much... especially due to the price
