Ratings - Kaylas Hat
Price/Power (1/5)
10 icons of bulk power is nothing to scoff at- But it would be much better if it was a more useful icon type such as Fire or Air. Add in the fact it has a R99 price tag and the whole bundle becomes much less appealing.

Countermeasures (1/5)
This weapon likely would have been much better back before the massive deflation of the Parasol of Unfortunate Demise. Now it is far too easy and cheap to block light..

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Honestly you would be better getting yourself a Flask of Liquid Light or Flask of Liquid Fire instead.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
For being Kayla's hat.

Final Thoughts
There was once a duck here- but it did not work on some people's computers- so.. I had to... remove it. Which is a shame.

At a Glance (2/3):
This magical hat will grant you the power to blast your opponent with 10 icons of pure light damage, while deflecting 5 icons of darkness. This reminds me of a certain {{Dark Faerie Collar}}... perhaps they'd look good in an outfit?

In-Depth (2/4):
This hat's primary objective as a mass-light constant is to overwhelm and exploit weaknesses in shields. It punches through Faerie Tabard and Ghostkershield with ease. The dark defense allows you to punish weapons with some darkness in it - weapons like Barbat Throwing Star, Ring of the Sway/Sun and Moon Chakram, Scroll of the Fool, and Starry Battle Dung.

The thing is, however, is that it attacks with mass LIGHT, and there are quite a bit of strong shields and dual duties that not only shut out the light, but are pretty accessible to players. The most notable shield is Parasol of Unfortunate Demise, which shades all light damage for a measly ~1.5k. Other notable counters are Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield, Dr. Sloths Personal Body Armour, Jhudoras Bewitched Ring, Fearsome Gladius, Stocking Full of Coal, and Dusty Magic Broom.

Price (1/2):
A going price of ~7-8m doesn't exactly scream "affordable!" or "cost-effective!", since its opposite, the aforementioned collar, is less than half its price. But that's because it isn't a widely used and effective L97 weapon either.

Bonus (1/1):
This hat truly shines in L97 style of battling, where the maximum total icons for dual duty weapons is 15 icons. Not only that, but some of the key counters won't be used in L97 battles (the nox shield and the bewitche...
