The three things I primarily take into consideration are; the power of the item, how cost-effective it is, and how does it compare to possible alternatives. The secondary factors are its historical significance, uniqueness and the item’s overall design. These secondary factors don’t always play a part in the score. Generally, I rate for battling in 1-player but this may change in the future.
