My Rating Style
I personally try to rate items based on how useful they actually are and how much of a "must have" it'll be for the general BD user who's able to afford them while still trying to account for the more situational ones that still do well in their niche.
That means the most points (5) go to the basic price/power part while the rest is split up into actual tactical use (3), how unique a weapon is (1) and an optional bonus factor (1) for nostalgy or such.
