Price/Power (1/5)
The power can be fine, but most of the time it isnt. The price is set by the hidden tower and thus will always be decent... Until you notice the fact that this weapon costs more then an anagram sword for a variable attack.

Countermeasures (2/5)
This weapon is all about being hard to block, but given the fact it can now be mainly cut down by the Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield this is less then ideal.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Realistically if you want a hard to block item you would be better going for a Sword of Reif instead. It is harder to block and would save you 2 mil.

Final Thoughts
Much more about looks then anything else.

1P 5/10: Averaging 17 icons, these blades are weaker than HT standards such as Kelpbeards Trident. Due to its icons being spread across 4 types, it is easily partially blocked. The chance of dealing 29 icons is a plus. I cannot recommend it for 1P, but it's still usable if you like it for whatever reason.

2P 4/10: TFB was traditionally considered a Pirate Captains Cutlass alternative, substituting water for physical at the cost of 1 icon on average. This weapon is quite weak against Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield though. Like PCC, it works better when dualed to overcome shields. A similar and slightly improved version of this weapon has now been released: Commemorative Battle Faerie Axe. TFB might have some uses in 2P, but be sure to consider its alternatives.
