Rating History ▼
Price/Power (0/5)
Despite it's old effect this item now remains as a husk of it's former self.

Countermeasures (0/5)
2 icons is basically nothing, especially when it randomly breaks without doing it's special effect.

Alternatives, Upgrades or Downgrades
There are no alternatives, upgrades, or downgrades to the original effect. While a stealer like the Heavy Robe of Thievery will debilitate them further then this item ever did, period. Once this would have been better as it was random, but now that every stealer is random even if the effect came back. Shame.

Other Points (2 Bonus)
2 Points for being retired, 1 for it's original broken use, or so I used to say.. Now even the use would be pointless as all stealers are random and thus have the same effect as this would have (but with more actual point). I always laughed at this weapon, don't judge me for rating it up on fickle reasons. No one should be using an item rated as a 3 normally anyway.

Final Thoughts
Such a fun item this was.
