Price/Power (1/5)
As someone with high HP I can always appreciate a percentage healer. I can, I really can. But this one has too many caveats. Sure, the price is right and the heal decent enough... Is what I would have said if it was a multihealer. As it stands we are talking about a very limited use case healer with little in the way of redeeming qualities.

Countermeasures (2/5)
At 25%- even at 1000 hp you need to get down as low as 250hp to get a 250hp heal. If you have lost that many points and still not won- then perhaps the extra 250 really won't do much more for you.

Final Thoughts
Likely this review may have been different if written before the {{ Parachuting First Aid kit}}- but at this point it seems incredibly pointless.

I am higher on this weapon than my esteemed colleague. The best use of this weapon is probably to be paired with a different single use healer. That drops you down to 6 viable other weapons, but in an era where freezers don't always work, bombs are becoming increasingly irrelevant, and stealing doesn't work at all, you could afford to have a luxury of having this as an 8th spot. You can either use it with another healer to get closer to a full heal, or if you are feeling clever in 2 player you keep this in reserve and when your opponent thinks they can safely finish you you spring this surprise and pair it with a dual duty and maybe sneak in a kill while staying alive.

I think this a reasonable weapon to have hanging around even if it's usually going to be on your bench.

This weapon's usefulness is tough to gauge... but I'll try anyway.

Power: You're probably not here for the attack; it's really not anything to write home about.

If you're bothering with this item, you're doing it for the 25% heal under 25% that doesn't take up your healer slot. A comparison to Wand of the Dark Faerie can be made... if you enjoy grasping at straws.

If this item didn't break after healing or if it didn't need you to be under 25% to heal, it'd be a lot better in my book.

On the other hand, being able to equip this with other healers (be that a screw-up on TNT's part or a purposeful design decision) does technically give this item a niche. On a set with two attacking constants, a bomb or two, a primary healer, and perhaps a freezer, you're left with two free slots in your set. If your pet's HP is high enough and you can't afford anything better, this could be worth using in one of those slots.

What constitutes "high enough" is up for debate, but it's probably at least 60 (otherwise you'll just want Bottled Holiday Cheer or Faerie Healing Dust which can also be equipped with other healers).

If your pet doesn't have at least 60 HP, this is probably an item worth skipping in favor of something that'll heal you more.

Of course, if you're lacking a primary healer like Greater Healing Scroll or Parachuting First Aid Kit, then you're going to want to get yourself one of those first.

Price: At the time of writing, it's ~25-30k or so, which is certainly cheap enough to toss on your set if you really think it'll be useful and have the slot to spare.
