Price/Power (0/5)
Due to this shield requiring a base donation figure the price is basically set. It will only ever go up, not down, and because of that there are many reasons not to use this weapon. The price is too high and the defense is too low- you might as well just skip to the hidden tower level of blockers and skip this tier entirely.

Countermeasures (1/5)
This icon coverage is simply not as good as other similar options on the market such as Wanderers Cloak or even Sophies Magic Hat. So yeah.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
You could easily upgrade this to a Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield- or downgrade to a much much cheaper Shiny Shoal Shell Shield. Honestly at this price I would rather just focus on more weapons.

Other Points (1 Bonus)
It did attempt to help the economy- I can at least give it that.

Final Thoughts
Spin spin the wheel sheild- it won't do anything but hey it would have to be more useful then this item is.

Price/power (0/5): Something like this shouldn't cost 800k. Even Sophies Magic Hat is a little overpriced.

Tactical (3/5): It's a direct upgrade to the popular Shiny Shoal Shell Shield and an alternative to Sophies Magic Hat, blocking 5 water icons instead. However, water icons aren't as common at this level, since everyone's running around with either Ylanas Blaster, Brynns Legendary Sword of Wraith Smiting, or Altador Cup Throwing Star. While it's tempting to say that this will take a chunk out of Dr. Sloths Personal Bath Buddy, it'll only stop 5 icons out of the 14. Still, it's great for stopping lower-level weapons (i.e. 9-iconers).

Bonus (0/1): This is almost as overpriced as an actual full armor.

Closing remarks: While this blocks a decent combination of icons, it is not as useful after people upgrade from 9-iconers. You're better off investing in a weapon/full blocker instead.
