The vast majority of weapons are not remotely usable. Any weapon that conceivably is gets at least a 6.

This is about the bare minimum to meet that requirement. for some hard core lab rats with thousands of hit points but not willing to spend any money on weapons, this is possibly useful as it would heal more than anything else for its price. The beloved parachute is now near a million and climbing (justifiably!), so this once again as some marginal utility for big pets on a micro budget.

This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price (0/3): it's not an insult to your bank account, but it's not a good price either.
Power (1/5): It's not COMPLETELY USELESS, but it's still quite bad. You need at least 400 hp to heal as much as the average cheap healer nowadays. It's still not as terrible as most non percentage healers, so I can't give this a 0.
Uniqueness (0/2): percentage healers are really, really common nowadays.

Overall it's a nice looking price from NQII, but nothing really worth using.. Because of that its final rating is 0/10.

Price/Power (2/5)
Perhaps one of the most niche healing items in existence... this item has one real purpose and likely is pointless to 99% of neopians. This item is for people who use the lab ray and gain a LOT of HP but don't have the money to spend on a healer. Eventually their pets have such high HP that this item heals more then other low level healers such as the Greater Healing Scroll. The 'value' of this niche item has dropped significantly since the release of faerie abilities though- as you can generally get half way decent and cheap healing from the new healing abilities... assuming you can at least train your level high enough that the lab ray doesn't zap you back to 1.

Countermeasures (1/5)
10% isn't much- but it can be more then some low end healers can offer.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Given the recent price drops of- well, just about everything, you may find a Bag of Healing Dust at a decent price.

Final Thoughts
I was actually part of this niche for a very short while. It felt odd, but hey, it was still interesting. Part of me wishes I could rate this higher but even the niche use is very rare.

At a Glance (0/1):
Restores 10% of your hp. Once per battle. Yuck.

In-Depth (1/4):
Well, if you're desperate for a healer that outheals Rejuvenating Jar of Brains (which will require you to have at least 600+ hp) or the much more expensive Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic (require at least 750+ hp), you're in good company.

Price (2/2):
Considering how this buyable healer can potentially (key word - POTENTIALLY) heal more than Greater Healing Scroll (less than 200k atm) and the aforementioned jar of dirt- I mean, brains (less than 300k atm), I'd say the price is ok.

Bonus (0/1):
This should be a multihealer... it'd make League 9 battles more interesting, no? It would certainly get people back into Neoquest though! TNT did good with that series.
