Ratings - Eye Of Mortog
Price/Power (0/5)
Single use and barely over 6 icons-. Add in the fact that it is single use and R99 without any (useful) special tweak and you have an item which is not worth anyone's time.

Countermeasures (0/5)
Water and darkness are semi-common icon types and may be easily blocked without even noticing. Either way, due to the single use nature of this item there is very little practical reason to plan against this.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
If you want a single use bomb- you can't really go under 15 icons without having something special. Something like a Water Muffin for example would basically crush the "utility" of this item...

Other Points

Final Thoughts
Likely needs less morthog eyes and more 'eye'cons.

Overview: The Eye Of Mortog is useful as a cheap r99 item to keep in your inventory to stave off the Pant Devil's attacks. However, it's not great as an equipped weapon.

The Good: I like to keep 6+ of these in my inventory so it gives something rare for the Pant Devil to steal. He's stolen 2 so far, so I guess the method is working. I'm giving this a bonus point for saving some of my more valuable items and giving me some peace of mind for the price of 10np each.

The Bad: 6-8 icons distributed in a 3-type spread isn't particularly good. If this was multi-use it'd be mediocre at best. Since the Eye of Mortog is Single Use, it goes from a little below mediocre to terrible.

The Ugly Truth: Buy these only to prevent the Pant Devil from stealing something of value. Don't buy these to battle with.
