Ratings - Illusens Silver Shield
Illusens Silver Shield is one of the better items that stocks in Defense Magic, but that does not exactly mean much. This shield is a full Earth blocker, a real rarity. However, Illusens Silver Shield does not have much more exciting going for it.

First of all, let's discuss Illusens Silver Shield's price. This shield typically sells for below the price of fellow Earth-blockers Pirate Captains Hat and Shield of Pion Troect. Illusens Silver Shield is a fairly rare R99, and the first-glance appeal of full Earth defense still mean that it sells for a few million. Thanks to the rarity, Illusens Silver Shield can be a pain to buy and sell.

As far as the actual effect of Illusens Silver Shield goes, it is awfully vanilla. Besides the full Earth block, the only thing this weapon offers is 3 icons of Dark defense. This is bad news for Illusens Silver Shield; in order for Illusens Silver Shield to be a real power play, it will need to block two weapons' Earth icons. The likelihood of an opponent using two Earth weapons is low considering the fear of running into Ultra Dual Shovel or Kings Lens.

As for other full Earth bloc...
