Price/Power (0/5)
R99- does 5 icons.

Countermeasures (0/5)
5 light icons is enough bulk to take away the light component of most lower end light weapons- however there are no weapons this would entirely cripple. Defense items of late require a lot more variety in what they block- as well as bulk.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
The best light blocker for cheap is the Parasol of Unfortunate Demise- which is super cheap after TNT decided to make the price suffer an 'unfortunate demise'

Other Points
I wish I could remove points just because it may trick "that one guy" into thinking that "leaded light vial" is even remotely like Leaded Elemental Vial

Final Thoughts
My thoughts are that this was a horrible idea for an item. If I had made this I would have made it a full light blocker with a % heal- perhaps 50% or 25%.

Price/power (0/5): Ridiculously expensive, not least because it's r99.

Tactical (0/5): Light defense is best handled by a dual duty. Get a Sword of the Dead instead if you need this much light defense. It does everything this does and more. Even Jhudoras Cursed Sword is a better deal than this vial. Alternatively, get a Parasol of Unfortunate Demise, which blocks all incoming light.

Bonus (1/1): Even terrible weapons get more than a 0.

Closing remarks: Really not sure how the leaded vials can be considered potent (except for the Leaded Elemental Vial, of course).
