Ratings - Dry Ice Snowball
Rating:

This weapon will only be rated for Regular 1P/2P use, since it doesn't have any niche or league use.

Price (1/3): It's cheap enough to not be offensive, but that's all I can say about it.
Power (0/5): While air is nice, the fact that there's only 6 icons (and 3 water) on a single use item makes this worthless. You can get plenty of weapons that out damage this and are multiuse. The absolute minimum for a single use item should be 15 icons like the muffins, though more would be better.
Uniqueness (0/2): There's so many snowballs and items like this...

Overall It's a bit better than other snowballs, but still not worth using. Because of that its final rating is 1/10.

9 icons is a point where we can easily get some awesome multiuse items- why lower ourselves to this level on purpose?

Countermeasures (1/5)
Air is good, but at this level you are throwing away too much to use it. It can get through shields decently, but realistically you could get more out of a cheap multiuse instead of this.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Air is good, this is a good amount of air... but that is all. The Shooting Star Muffin provides a much better all round attack. There are also more expensive multiuse air options such as the Barbat Throwing Star and the Sword of Ari.

Final Thoughts
Much cooler as something fun to play with then as a battledome item.

Price/power (0/5): At the time of writing, this costs thousands of NP. For a single use 9-iconer, that is absolute madness.

Tactical (2/5): You're very likely to get some air icons through, as none of the popular shields can fully block this, but this is single use. Since it's not hard to partially block, you most likely won't take down your opponent in time for this to be efficient.

Bonus (1/1): We need more snowballs that can overwhelm shields.

Closing remarks: Get a Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer for much, much less.
