Price/Power (0/5)
Another 4 icon R99- need I say more?

Countermeasures (0/5)
I mean, 4 icons couldn't defend even half of most common attack items these days.

Alternatives Upgrades or Downgrades
Just get yourself a Leaf Shield or Wanderers Cloak..

Price/power (0/5): Worthless.

Tactical (0/5): Get a Shiny Shoal Shell Shield, a Studded Leather Cuirass, or a Virtupets X-514 Super Shield for a tiny fraction of the price.

Bonus (1/1): Only because I can't give this a 0.

Closing remarks: Not sure why a Kougra would need wing guards. Maybe that's why it's so weak?

Overview: Doesn't being lifted by the neck seem like an extremely painful form of defense? The Kougra Wing Collar is about as useful as its name suggests. \

The Good: Well, the art is um... who am I kidding. There's nothing good about this weapon.

The Bad: This shield is out-classed by the nearly-free and terrible-rated Omelette Shield. It is outclassed by most shields in the game actually, as it's Rarity 99 and super terrible. Yooyuball Goalie Armour allows users to keep the same icon types but adds in some physical defense so that at least a few weapons (Ridiculously Heavy Battle Hammer, Stocking Full of Coal, and Stone Club) can be fully blocked.

The Ugly Truth: The Kougra Wing Collar is a weapon that probably shouldn't exists because it's expensive, terrible, and useless. I can't imagine anyone seriously considering its use.
